Terms ofuse

Terms governing your use of the Outtake website. Last updated September 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Outtake website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website.

These terms apply to use of the public Outtake website. Any design, development, consulting or other client services provided by Outtake may be subject to separate project-specific proposals, statements of work, agreements or other written terms.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Outtake, reviewing its services and contacting the studio.

You must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to systems connected to it, use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or reproduce or exploit website content in ways that violate applicable intellectual property rights.

3. Enquiries and project discussions

Contacting Outtake by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, or using the website contact interface, does not by itself create a client relationship, contract, obligation to accept a project or guarantee availability.

The contact form delivers enquiries to the studio by email. Submitting it does not create a client relationship, contract or obligation.

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing and payment terms are governed by separate proposals, invoices or written agreements.

4. Project terms

If Outtake and a client decide to work together, the specific terms of that engagement, including scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timeline, revisions, responsibilities, intellectual property ownership or licensing, cancellation and any ongoing maintenance or support, may be set out in a separate proposal, agreement or other written confirmation.

Where project-specific written terms conflict with these general website terms, the project-specific terms will govern that engagement.

5. Payments and invoicing

Payments for Outtake projects may be processed through The Fizz LLC, a company associated with Outtake for billing and payment collection purposes.

Where applicable, invoices may be issued under the The Fizz LLC company name and payments may be collected through The Fizz LLC, even where the underlying project or services are provided under the Outtake brand.

The applicable project proposal, invoice or written agreement will identify the relevant payment details for each engagement.

6. Intellectual property

The Outtake name, website design, copy, graphics, code, visual elements and other content presented on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law or applicable third-party licences.

Ownership, licensing and transfer of intellectual property created for client projects will be defined in the relevant project agreement.

7. Third-party links and services

The Outtake website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including WhatsApp, Instagram and email-related services. Outtake does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Third-party services used to operate the website, including hosting, email delivery, security checks and optional analytics, may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Website availability and information

Outtake aims to keep the website available and its information accurate, but does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or current.

Content may be updated, changed or removed without notice.

The website provides general studio and service information. Availability and response times shown on the website are informational and may vary.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided for general informational and communication purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Outtake is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to access, the public website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Use of personal information associated with this website is described in the Outtake Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, Outtake’s services or its business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
